Rogue House is reopening and we are excited to welcome you back. As we adjust to the “new normal”, the health and well-being of our service providers and clients are our main priority. We will be implementing new practices to ensure everyone’s safety and would like to walk you through what to expect on your next visit.

Sanitation Practices

We are incorporating extensive new and improved sanitation practices into every aspect of our operation, hand sanitizer convenience, continual disinfection and sanitation protocols, and the completion of the Barbicide Sanitation Certification test, which all our stylists have completed.


Health & Safety

Upon arrival to the front door, for your protection and the protection of our other guests and staff, we ask that you fill out a digital Covid-19 service waiver. We also require your temperature be taken prior to entering the building for services. If you have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, or if the answer to any of the following questions are yes, please reschedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days later and please do not enter the salon out of courtesy to others, as we will not be able to provide your service.

Questions to Consider

  • Have you had a fever?
  • Have you been around anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days?
  • Are you living with anyone who is currently sick or quarantined?

Social Distancing

We continue in compliance with social distancing, hereby reducing the number of people in the building by a minimum of 50%. Our service providers will be working in every other station, leaving an empty station to follow the recommended social distancing guidelines. We also have signs posted to assist with social distancing. Please be mindful that no more than two guests should be in the salon at all times along with two stylists.

Our hours of operation have been extended until further notice to be sure we may accommodate our guests:

Extended Service Provider Hours

  • Sunday, Monday, Wednesday – Friday: 9am – 9pm
  • Tuesday: 10am – 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am – 5pm

Call Center Hours

  • Sunday, Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
  • Saturday: 10am – 4pm

Arrival Time

We ask that you arrive for your appointment no more than a few minutes before your appointment. If you arrive earlier, please wait outside, and wait for us to text you confirming that you may come inside the salon.


All of our staff will always be required to wear a mask along with a face shield while in the salon. We require all clients to wear masks at all times. Please wear one that goes around your ears so that your stylist has full access to your hair. If you come without a mask, you can purchase one for $10 from us. We encourage clients to wear a mask upon arrival to ensure safety.


Food and Beverage

Beverages and long meals are prohibited. We ask that you bring your own drink and/or snacks; BYOB approved. Especially, if you have a long service.


Guest PPE

Your safety is number one, we practice strict sanitation procedures. This means protecting your eyes with a clear eye mask (optional and requested), face covering with mask, disposable/clean capes (your preference) capes and an abundance of sanitizer conveniently surrounding you.


Service Providers PPE

Our stylists will wear a face shield along with a face mask during your service. Before entering your service, your provider’s station and chair will be wiped down. Hand sanitizer will be constantly used and frequent cleaning as well as the tools we use to perform services.


Shampoo & Blow Dry Information

We ask that you come with your hair clean if you have a hair dusting or would like your hair to be cut dry (shampooed within three hours of the appointment time) to assist with the environment. Because of our Rabbit air system, we are able to offer our full service cut and color experience for those guests who would prefer to spend less time in the salon, they may request to forgo the complimentary shampoo and blow dry for their cut services only. Color services require a shampoo and partial dry as a minimum.

You may pay in advance on our booking system or contact our call center to confirm payment through text. Otherwise, we have our tablet and suggest sanitizing before and after if you need to scan your card.

A credit card is required to be stored on file for our cancelation policy of 50% of service fee for any missed, forgotten or rescheduled within 24 hours. We strongly enforce this policy.

Touchless Greetings & Goodbyes

At this time, touchless greetings and goodbyes will be implemented to adhere to social distancing guidelines during your salon experience. However, air hugs and elbow clings are welcome.


Suspended Complimentary Services

We have suspended the following services during this time, until it is deemed safe by the CDC:

  • Blow dry lessons
  • Beverage services
  • Complimentary magazines

As a Reminder

We can all do our part to prevent the spread of illness in our community. You can help by staying home/rescheduling your appointment if you’re feeling sick. Symptoms may appear 2–14 days after exposure and include fever, cough, and shortness of breath. If you are healthy, we look forward to seeing you with your protective face mask!


Clientele Policies

  1. We require all clients to wear masks at all times. Please wear one that goes around your ears so that your stylist has full access to your hair. If you come without a mask, you can purchase one for $10 from us.
  2. Your temperature will be taken upon arrival to the salon. If it is 100 degrees or higher, we will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
  3. Please wait outside until your appointment time. Your stylist will come greet you when they are ready for you, and we will text you if we are running late.
  4. We have hand sanitizer for you to use before entering the salon.
  5. Please come to your appointment alone. ONLY CLIENTS will be allowed into the salon. Unfortunately, we will not be able to welcome guests.
  6. If you experience signs of illness, please call us and we will get you rescheduled for 14+ days out, stay home and get well!
  7. Call in cancellations due to illness will NOT be charged our cancellation fee.
  8. Please bring food and snacks. Large meals and magazines are prohibited.


Staff Policies

  1. Our staff are required to wear masks at all times in the salon. They will also wear face shields at the shampoo bowls.
  2. Our staff will have their temperature checked each morning. They will be sent home if they have a temperature of 100 degrees or higher.
  3. Our staff will wash their hands before and after each client.
  4. Each station will be sanitized after each client.
    We are limiting the amount of stylists who will work at one time.
