MANHATTAN WEST WOOF FEST HOWL-OWEEN
Head on over to Manhattan West Plaza (enter on 9th Avenue, between 31st and 33rd Streets) because Manhattan West is hosting its second annual Woof Fest: HOWL-oween celebration.
From noon to 4 p.m., guests can enjoy a day of Halloween fun geared around their furry friends. The main event at HOWL-oween is the Paw-stume Contest & Parade, which will take place from 2 to 3 p.m. Participating dogs and their owners will parade through Manhattan West Plaza for an opportunity to win prizes, which will go to the top three winners.

THE VILLAGE HALLOWEEN PARADE
One of NYC’s best creative and spooky processions, The Village Halloween Parade is happening on Monday, October 31, 2022 at 7pm. The theme of this year is “FREEDOM!”. Anyone and everyone in costume is welcome and are encouraged to wear glittery costumes, your best dance moves and anything that allows you to feel light, joyful, free and colorful.
The procession lines up at Sixth Ave and Canal St and rolls out from 6:30pm–8:30pm. North and west entrances to Sixth Ave will be blocked off by 6:30pm, folks can join the line from East Broome, Sullivan and Canal streets east of Sixth Ave.

TNC VILLAGE HALLOWEEN COSTUME BALL
Theater for the New City (TNC) Village Halloween Costume Ball will have a hybrid (indoor/outdoor) celebration on October 31 to delight its community, young and old, and to celebrate the creativity that comes with the season.
A large outdoor frolic will be held from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM on East Tenth Street between First and Second Avenues (or if it rains, in a big tent), featuring performances, a costume competition and dancing to swing and Latin bands. This will be followed by indoor performances from 8:00 PM to midnight in TNC’s large Johnson Theater.
