Rogue House at NYFW 2026

New York Fashion Week gives us a front-row look at where fashion—and hair—are moving next.

This September, Rogue House became part of NYFW once again, working across a season of very different designers, collections and creative worlds.

From César Galindo and Ema Savahl to Peruvian Connection, Color Coded Crime, Diana Mahrach Couture and Fashion 4 Ukraine, each runway told a different story.

But across the finished looks, four hair directions kept catching our attention:

Movement. Dimension. Texture. Shine.

NYFW THROUGH OUR EYES

CÉSAR GALINDO × EMA SAVAHL

Fashion Week began somewhere unexpected.

On September 9, César Galindo and Ema Savahl presented DRIVEN BY DESIGN at BMW of Long Island City, with Planet Fashion TV transforming the newly opened flagship into a runway.

Fashion, architecture and automotive design shared one space—while two very different collections brought their own interpretations of New York glamour.

PERUVIAN CONNECTION

50 years of craftsmanship met New York Fashion Week.

Peruvian Connection celebrated its 50th anniversary with its Fall 2026 Anniversary Collection in Tribeca, bringing the brand’s longstanding focus on textiles, craftsmanship and heritage into Fashion Week.

COLOR CODED CRIME

Fashion rooted in identity and memory.

Color Coded Crime brought The Other and I to New York, drawing on South Asian imagery, craft and cultural references through a contemporary lens.

A MOROCCAN AFFAIR

DIANA MAHRACH COUTURE

On September 12, Diana Mahrach Couture brought Moroccan heritage to New York Fashion Week with “A Moroccan Affair”, the designer’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection.

Inspired by the romance, color, texture and spirit of Morocco, the collection brought heritage together with modern couture and New York glamour.

For the finished hair, the goal was just as important: Complement the clothes. Don’t compete with them.

FASHION WITH A DEEPER STORY

FASHION 4 UKRAINE

Fashion Week isn’t always just about what’s next.

On September 18, Fashion 4 Ukraine returned for its fifth season at Lavan Midtown, providing a New York platform for Ukrainian designers, brands, models and beauty professionals.

It brought another dimension to the week:

Fashion as culture, identity and resilience.

For Rogue House, shows like this are a reminder that hair isn’t simply the finishing touch.

It’s part of telling the story.

WHAT COMES BACK TO THE HOUSE?

The shows may be over, but the ideas don’t stay on the runway.

Across very different collections, we kept noticing movement, dimensional color, natural texture and incredible shine.

So what does that mean for the person sitting in our chair?

That’s our next story.
